“Make it fresh…keep it simple”

Undoubtedly one of summers great libations, the Shandy is simple mixture of pilsner or lager type beer with lemonade, lemon-lime soda or carbonated lemonade. The proportions of the two ingredients are usually half-and-half but can easily be adjusted to personal taste.

A virgin can be made with non-alcoholic beer and is known as a “Rock” Shandy.

Shandy Cocktail

• 8 oz Pilsner or Lager style beer
• 8 oz Lemonade or Lemon/Lime soda

Method:  Build in a tall glass (ice optional) Stir gently

Garnish:  Lemon wedge
