Whiskey Sour Cocktail

Whiskey Sour

Armando Rosario

 “Make it fresh…keep it simple”

“One of the great classic cocktails of the 19th Century, the whiskey sour is the foundation of the Sour category in the world of cocktails, a simple combination of whiskey (often bourbon), lemon juice, sugar, and optional egg white. It is shaken and served either straight up or over ice. The classic garnish is half an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.”
